Masters Sailors,

Thank you to the sailors for supporting the Nationals in D-5 and a special thank you to the Wabamun SC for hosting another great regatta.

We are very lucky to have such a nice venue and such an expert team running events for us. Peter is an international caliber race officer who not only runs high quality events, even during difficult weather, but does it in the most pleasant efficient manner. Peter will be running the National’s, World and Canada Games and has been asked to apply for the 2012 Olympics.

And the kitchen…………..our wives must know we are in good hands, we are sore, tired but with full bellies. WSC runs the best events in the Prairie. Thank you.

Larry Lemieux, Rolex Sailor of the year, European, Canadian, North American, US, Dutch, Pan-Am, Pre-Olympic, and top ten at 12 plus World Championships came back to the class were it all started for him, the Laser. It was great to have him in the mix,
